Led and managed the partnership with Concept3D, the university's online campus map vendor, overseeing all aspects of the platform’s functionality and user experience.

I was solely responsible for the design, maintenance, and testing of both new and existing features. This included managing information architecture, ensuring accurate categorization and content organization, as well as overseeing details for locations such as buildings, parking, and inclusive resources. Additionally, I coordinated event mapping for occasions like commencement and student move-in, and handled the design and updates of images, icons, and room and floor details to keep the map current and user-friendly.
